Lead Teacher
Job Type: Full-time
A Lead Teacher is responsible for taking the considerations of Teachers, administration and parents into account and using those preferences to craft educational structures that allow the students to learn. Lead Teachers still conduct their own classes like any other Teacher, but they also have additional responsibilities.
- Meeting with parents to discuss the goals and needs of students in their program
- Coordinating with administration to create education plans for the students
- Sitting in on the classes of other Teachers in an observational role
- Using information from observations to help other teachers grow by noting ineffective areas and sharing alternative methods that are more successful
- Assisting Teachers in the creation of lesson plans or in solving problems the Teacher is struggling to find a solution for
- Tracking the academic performance of students for signs of progress

Assistant Teacher
Our school needs a Teacher’s Assistant to help with the general supervision and management of students.
You will work under the direction of the classroom Lead Teacher and be expected to assist with the implementation of instructional plans.
The successful candidate will be ready to work with all students to promote educational, social, and emotional development.
The ideal applicant will be caring, patient, understanding, and must be attentive to the unique needs of each student and be able to identify proper solutions when students encounter issues.
You should have strong interpersonal skills, as you’ll be collaborating with other teachers, working with students, and talking to families. We’re committed to building brighter futures, and we’re hoping you’re excited to be part of that experience.
COVID-19 Precautions
To keep our teachers healthy and safe, every staff member is required to always wear a mask. We have also implemented curb side drop off and pick up. In addition, we are taking temperatures at the door of all staff and students, as well.
Hiring Considerations
- All applicants are subject to a background check and fingerprinting.
- Upon hiring- All teachers are CPR, EpiPen, Medication Application, and First Aid trained.
- All teachers are required to complete mandated reporter training.
- All teachers are required to attend our monthly Professional Development Training.
